At Trendy Tees, we know you are excited to receive your custom gear! Because every item is made-to-order, please review our processing and shipping timelines below so you know exactly when to expect your delivery.
1. Order Processing Times
Every t-shirt, hoodie, and garment is custom-pressed just for you. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for us to process, cut, weed, and heat-press your order before it is dispatched.
Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, sales, or for large bulk orders. We will always notify you if there is a significant delay in creating your custom apparel.
2. Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)
We ship nationwide across New Zealand using [e.g., NZ Post / CourierPost] to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly. Once your order has been processed and leaves our hands, standard delivery times apply:

4. International Shipping

5. Order Tracking

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
While we take great care in packaging your apparel, once a parcel is with the courier, it is out of our direct control.

If your tracking indicates your order has been delivered but you cannot find it, please check around your property and with neighbors before contacting the courier directly.
